i completed the quest and chose x neck as my reward. i dont receive it in the bag and the game marks it as reward obtained.

Was your bag full? If not, do you know how many spaces you had free in your bag?

I did not notice if its full.. but even if it is, they will probably ask me to free up a space. This was like the quest going straight to completed but I didnt get the reward

U got the complete result. But u still need to go CH-->completed quest and choose a reward?

Yes farjat. Thats right. And after I clicked x neck as a reward, the quest disappear from 'completed quest' and becomes a 'repeatable quest' but I dont see the item in my bag

Your bag was full. happened too me. lost quest.

It does not warn u that your bag is full in this instance
