Where did you get that number? paypal charges a shitload for everything, every transaction, setup costs for business account, monthly recurring fees/payments that must be made to use their services... it would for sure end up 2000$ a year... starting-up a paypal business initially costs you 150~300$ if i'm correct, so it isn't a decision you make just now, there must be a plan to recover costs obviously, a business plan.
