Well

 

I dont know about windows vista but when i do it its increase my fps so ....

 

and about the pictures sry for hebrew thats what i got -.- any way JEW 2 WIN

 

Step One:

 

Press right bottom on the mouse and press Properties

After pressing properties and new window apear press Option

After option go to Advance

After advance go to **I dont know the name for it ** (Maybe Trouble Shooting Or Problem Fixer) IDK
