For 1 thing, I think the 2nd M plate is a load of bull. For another, the only things that drop Cancellation scrolls (supposedly) are Cyclops, Beholders, Liches, and Tigerworms. Cyclops drop about 8 different rares, Beholders drop 2 including beholder neck, Liches drop about 9, and Tigerworms drop a bunch of different things. Now unless he hunted a LOT of beholders and got EXTREMELY lucky, I don't see how another cancellation manual would have dropped so quickly instead of some other rare. I were the founder of Ie sword, in ice golems? That shouldnt be possible to..

I think drop rate is perfect as it is. Your char has some sort of "luck %" in it. When you create it, i don't know how the game does to give the luck %. Well i find pretty good items around the maps, so i'm just lucky.. There was for some days ago, even i found a merien stone, else an X stone every single day (: Next day i found a hp42% ancient war axe .. Have found mp 42% shield. And a lot more ..
