The common build for mages are: STR:40 DEX:50 INT:195/200 MAG:200 rest VIT - dex mage STR:30 DEX:10 INT:195/200 MAG:200 rest VIT - vit mage At the moment go for energy strike spell and put mag to 200 and lvl at barracks after u get 200 mag advance in other stats that should help for now.

Shot down all the graphic card controls to performance mode or make them off, this will help for sure.
