nah it means that "someone" is filling all the connections up to the server max, which farjat said was 1500. If servers gets filled to that point the rest of us get d/c when trying to connect. Is that right?

on usa website they have almost same event going, except to stop the players from either town killing him, the GM's can summon players from the enemy town, and monsters as well.
